After 6 weeks of football and a few mild upsets here and there, there are 9 teams left that remain undefeated. Of those we find 8 in the NCAA Super Rankings this week (rankings at http://www.brianmmorgan.com/). However, many people beg to ask... "Why is OSU #1? Why not Michigan? Why not Florida? where is WVU? Why are the Mountaineers not even in your top 15?" Simply said... strength of schedule. Will the Irish be able to move up to the top 2 before the end of the season? Quite possibly... especially with a victory over USC.
If the current rankings are any indication of who will be the national champion, the annual Michigan v. Ohio State game will go a long way to determining the best team in college football. Check out the new Super Rankings, which lists all 119 I-A teams. Is your favorite team #1? Is the same #1 from the AP poll #1 in the Super Rankings? Let us know who you think should be #1 and why in the forums at http://www.brianmmorgan.com/
