No. There's no chance for a National Championship. I can't waste my wishful thinking on something so unlikely.

My wish list is full:
* Offensive and defensive improvement.
* Emergence and development of the underclassmen for a run next year.
* Win out the regular season.
* Win our bowl game.
* Top 5 post-season ranking.
* Top 5 2007 recruting class with a stud linebacker and a stud DT.

I think all of those are achievable. N.C. is too improbable.

Come on now...until we have 2 losses, which hopefully won't happen, we still have a shot at the NC game. Just look at this weekend. 2 teams ahead of us lost and Tennessee is brewing up a loss for the Dawgs. So, we could potentially move up 3 spots this weekend alone! It's never over 'til it's over. We have plenty of weeks left to move up the ranks. Beating an undefeated USC team would def give us NC game credibility if the other teams stumble from now until then and it's still on the table at that time. Heck, did anyone think Arkansas was going to beat Auburn today? Any team is beatable from now until the end of the year.

With the number two ranked schedule in the country, if we lose only one game, I don't see how we couldn't be considered for the N.C. game. That is only if all the other teams lose, obviously. There is still some hope, we just have to win out.

We did our part today. Just keep winning.

And let the others knock each other off since most of there cupcakes are gone and they're starting to meet real opposition. Georgia got exposed today. I think LSU did as well. Auburn isn't as good as thought but I think they were also flat today.

Should Notre Dame run the table to 11-1, will a 26 point loss to Michigan be enough to hurdle? SC could have a loss or two by the time ND plays them and with Manningham out, Michigan could falter as well.

This schedule leading up to SC isn't going to impress any voters. Just like a 26 point loss.
