Idk I think for a while Peoria didn't show up I assumed because he was too low. Maybe your off the charts? Seems unlikely since you are only 60k ish ahead.

Yea I'm not really sure when they start it since it would be really hard not knowing what underclass men are declaring. It would be fun though, and not too time consuming seeing as how we all kinda forgot about this for a week and it didn't effect anything.
