This kid looks so good. He hasn't missed a step. In fact i think he's even better now. He could be a first rounder.

He's an amazing receiver...always was. He and Samarzdija are pretty much equals. Sometimes, I think Rhema's even a bit better.

LOL... Eugene eh? Well, I am up in Portland. Been here 9 years. Might be the last though, there is a high probability of getting laid off in the next week. Such is life.

If that happens, I will move back east...

that sucks LMI hope everything works out for the best

It's just the way the cookie crumbles in High Tech. I have a year's worth of pay tucked away just in case...this is not the first time I have seen layoffs in my company. So...no worries!!!

Thanks for the kind words though, its appreciated.

Rhema's production actually had been a bit disappointing in the first few games, but that could be partly attributable to Brady's slump. He was just dropping too many balls, it seemed to me. However, the game vs. MSU was the first time this year that he looked like he was filling the void left by Stovall. Even the TD catches seemed reminiscient of Stovall from last year. I doubt that it is just coincidence that Jeff had his best game of the year as well. Hopefully he keeps it up.

The first game or so, Rhema looked rusty. Which makes sense. But he does look really good now. The better he gets, the better Shark and Grimes will get... They will all feed off each other.

I agree LMI I think with the inconsistencey of our O it is creating mediocre play all around...also get out of Oregon as fast as possible...lived in Sandy for a year...beutiful place that you can't enjoy waaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeee too much rain.

Yes Rhema dropped some balls. Part of the reason Jeff had a big game against MSU was Rhema's blocking. Rhema took out defenders on both Jeff's TDs making the yards after catch possible. Recall in the GT game and I think PSU, Rhema was called for holding negating long runs by Jeff after catches. Again without Rhema blocks, Jeff is sprung free.

As all the games were refed by Big 10 I'm curious if CW either corrected McKnight's technique or got the holding rule clarified with the officials. He threw a block against MSU springing Jeff that looked identical to the GT game penalty. Regardless Rhema has been a force blocking.

Grimes also threw a hellofa clearing out block on one of Jeff's TD against MSU. Kudos to Ianello.
