No surprise, Unbeaten ND is the #1 seed.

The Tournament opens Wednesday at 1 pm E.T. when VT faces Clemson in Greensboro Coliseum.

ND's first game is Friday at 2 PM versus the Winner of Game 8 at 2 p.m. (ET) Friday with a quarterfinal game against the winner of Thursday's second-round contest between #8 seed Miami and # 9 seed FSU. ND's quarterfinal will be televised live on the ACC-Regional Sports Networks (check local listings or theacc.com for presenting affiliates) as well as online at ESPN3 and the WatchESPN mobile app.

ESPN's Debbie Antonelli in previewing the ACC Championship Game says it will take a miracle for Duke to pull off an upset. ND had handled Duke twice so far this season.


According to Sagarin's Predictor Model on Saturday morning, ND would be only be a 5 point favorite over Duke on a neutral court. Five points doesn't take a miracle to overcome.

On pure opinion, ND is at least a 10-15 points favourite. ND is rested, healthy, deeper and more talented. Also, they are on a mission. There is a great sense of purpose on that team. Their execution on every facets of the game is off the chart. Anything can happen, but Sagarin is wrong on this one. ND should be favourite by at least a double digits margin.
