Neither sides' defense can, for the most part, stop the others' offense.
It's a dog fight right till the end with a tight 30-27 advantage for ND.
ND scores late to make it 36-27, then Charlie goes for 2 to eliminate a chance for a tie.
ND wins 38-27.
