LOl, that was entertaining. FWIW, I find stuff on Amazon reasonably priced for the most part.

I buy almost everything on Amazon. I did a big pricing grid on every day household items like razors, cleaning supplies, feminine products, etc. and found that Amazon and wholesale clubs like BJs, Sam's, and Costco absolutely blow CVS and Publix (our local grocery chain) out of the water. If I can buy it at Amazon or BJs, I do.

If you don't mind... how much do you save per year?

It's hard to say since I did the math on a per-item basis, not annually, and I just joined BJs about a month ago. At the very least, I find the club membership and Amazon Prime to both be very "worth it." Our closest BJs is about a 30 minute drive so we don't go every week, and it's been a learning process figuring out what items we can buy in bulk as a married couple with no kids. Our biggest BJs savings come on items like contact solution, shampoo, lady products, and (surprisingly) deli meat. Our biggest Amazon savings come from things like water and air filters, car parts (incl. wiper blades), and media (Blu-ray / video games).
