there is a list you can get on.. i think you have to pay for the tickets when u put your name on the list and they hold a lottery. if u win u got tickets.. if u lose then they refund your money.. a guy i know got picked this year and it was his first year ever trying.. i think he paid around $1300 for the ticket package.. the best thing to do is call the notre dame ticket office.. and technically Notre Dame asked that you give the tickets back to the school when you pass away, they are not supposed to be transferable.. hope that help... by the way the guy i know has already sold most of his tickets on ebay for around $3800... he isnt a friend just someone i know....
