I liked the article, but he probably could have written it in a less-obnoxious way.

Don't like the NFL? Play in the CFL.

This stuff with concussions in the NFL is worrisome. What is just as worrisome however, is how people have taken this data about NFL players and concussions and applied it to football at all levels and created an irrational fear of playing football. I can say very confidently that at the level my kid is playing at they are not playing at a speed where concussions are a big concern. Also, if this same data applied to all levels of football players in this country we would be in the midst of a brain damage epidemic.

Actually.... that might explain the rise of the Tea Party....sorry couldn't help myself.
