I think cyclists might use performance enhancing drugs more than any other kind of athlete.

When I woke up this morning I heard this and was very bummed out. I watched stages 16 and 17 and was just amazed at the turn around. I really hope his "B" test doesn't test positive because that would just be horrible for Landis to give the yellow jersey back.

Since they couldn't catch Armstrong the last 7-8 times, they figured Landis would be the scapegoat.

Just my take.

I agree.

Armstrong, after all I've seen since he retired, was a real assbag behind the scenes. Really loves himself from what others have said. He made a lot of enemies out there.

I'm skeptical when it comes to this stuff. Human beings are only capable of so much. Some of these athletes are competing at levels that are borderlining superhero kinds of ability.

Well, I also agree with your take that cycling is probably the most dirty sport out there. I mean, seriously, anyone going on 100 mile bike rides through mountainous terrains will need elevated levels of test and other things to just finish the thing, let along compete.

I'd be more shocked if someone tested negative.

He didn't really test positive for anything. He had higher than normal levels of testerone discovered in his urine. This raises a couple questions with me.

How much higher than normal? - 5% higher or 500% higher. Is there a legitimate medical explaination for these higher levels? - Like two weeks of intense physical exercise. Why did the testing body release the results of "A" sample before the "B" sample was tested? That is against all testing protocol.

My little predicition. Someone who is sick of Americans winning cycling biggest prize planted this story. In a couple of days the "B" sample will be tested and discovered to be normal but the damage is already done. Landis title is tainted. Frenchy accomplished his mission.
