wild dream

I had a dream last night and it was pretty wild.
to start with michigan was the home opener and not very many people knew about it.I found that crazy even in my dream to start with.
I really don't remember too much about it except the score was tied 20-20 somewhere late in the game.No matter what the irish did michigan seemed to counter just as well and i was really getting frustrated.
I woke up before the end of the game.

Anyone else ever have any dreams about notre dame football?

I had a nightmare that ND lost to Michigan State the night before it happened.
I had a dream on October 13, 2005 that Notre Dame beat USC 25-0.
And I had two dreams about O$U. The first one had ND winning and the second had us losing.

I think there were actually a number of dreams I had approaching October 15 (a date which will live on in infamy), but I can't remember the others. But that game meant so much to me (and all of us), so it's no surprise it slipped into my subconscious. I was telling my friends the Friday before the game at school that I wouldn't be going out that night because I was afraid of dying and missing the game. And that's true. I drove home unreasonably slow and cautiously. I avoided climbing steps at my house whenever I could. Nothing was going to stop me from watching ND win that game..

We were divinely meant to win that game. How'd we lose? One word: Voodoo.

In fact just 2 nights ago I had a pretty vivid dream in two parts,... first I was the Off. corrd. under Weis as we were playing SC in LA this upcoming year and the whole team, Weis included was HELLBENT of revenge after last year.. so we are undefeated having not even been tested to date and we CRUSH the trojans... absolute laugher and myself, Weis and Ziby (oddly enough) decide to just "run the score up and humiliate these f*****s!"... so we cream them and the game is over.. then the dream shifts... then I am myself after the game BUT I was a very wealthy person, I won the lotto... and Notre Dame just beat SC here in L.A. by a score of 55-17... SOOOO being the humble Southern California Irish fan that I am, I hire a little messenger plane to tow a banner and fly around SC's campus and most of Los Angeles... the banner stated...

"ND owns you all... 55-17"

It makes me laugh whenever I think of that dream... yet makes me cry when I realize it wasn't real...

I think I got the notion from the whole Onepete.com billboard thing... which of course is a website of truth.... http://onepeat.com/

Interesting thread because I had a dream last week that ND was playing MSU and ND was losing 44-10. i guess you could call it a nightmare. not sure what to make of it...probably because i had watched highlights of the game the night before on Nevin's DVD. http://www.dietler.net/nd/videos/thedvd/
