Yeah, I loved the school. It was probably my favorite among my finalists, but I really didn't want to leave town when all was said and done. I had too many friends at home and I really like Mt. St. Joseph as well, which is where I ended up. I would have played ball there.

I see. I hope I perform well at this camp. I already had some little schools visit my HS this summer. I believe a MAC school and a 1AA so far. ND has always been my dream school. When i arrive tomm., this will be my 10th time in South Bend, I believe. I went to a combine around my area, I didnt do too bad. My 40 was 5.4 3-cone was 5.00 and my 10 yard dash was 1.7. Hopefully i can improve on all of those at this camp.

Those aren't bad for a junior-to-be with your frame. Get a copy of Coach Mendoza's workout program and you'll get into serious shape.

Campwent great. The "GUG" building that they just built is absolutely amazing. I couldnt get a copy of Coach Mendoza's work out because Coach Latina said its against NCAA regulations. Overall it was a great camp and I will use the things I learned at camp for this upcoming season.

That's a good point. I don't think they can hand out workouts until after a signed letter of intent.

So, how did you perform? Did you get a feel for what the coaches thought of you?

I saw alot of guys along campus. I saw Quinn, Zibi, and Walker in front of the "GUG". Also, i saw freshmen Sam Young, Zach Frazer, and Barry Gallup. I felt that I performed well at the camp. The coaches I talked to felt that I had improved alot from day one, so thats always a good thing. Also, I got good news about my ACT. I took it my June 10 right after my soph. year and came away w/ a 24. After this football season im going to start sending film to schools im intersted in. Hopefully some schools are intersted and then ill look to go from there.
