Did Nick Sukay commit to PSU?

i've been reading on a few message boards that nick sukay may have given a soft verball to PSU, does anyone know if this is true.

if your a WR why would you want to play for JoePa when you could play for Charlie Weis....i just don't get it.

I hadn't heard that, but I assume he did grow up a Penn State fan. I could understand why he would want to go there if that is the case.

I received a message from someone with insight into the Sukay situation and according to his parents, Sukay has made his decision. This is on the heels of his offer and visit to PSU, so I think it is safe to assume he is PSU bound unless he is just absolutely wowed by Notre Dame next week when he visits.

I honestly think PSU is a better fit for him. I am just going off what i read and saw on his myspace account. Not really a ND type of kid. I wish him the best were ever he goes.

that myspace account is fake, and you shouldnt judge him by it, if he did commit to PSU good luck to him, but right now i think at most its a soft verbal and ND isnt out of the running yet

Even if he turns out to be a great football player, I'm not that upset because this is the first time I've come across his name. Some people are saying he'll be a WR and others a safety. As far as WRs are concerned, he wouldn't be near the top of the list---that's reserved for Benn and Little. As for safeties, I'm more interested in that kid from Tennessee and Major Wright.

Still, even though he has a weird myspace, I'm sure he's a good guy.

I like this guy. His film looks very impressive. He has great hands and makes some nifty moves after the catch. I think he would do well in our offense. If we could lure him away from the home state schools it would be a big catch.

Yeah, it may be, especially if they are offering him to play WR and that's what he wants to play in college. Everytime I watch his WR clips, I come away very impessed as he has hands of glue and runs very precise routes.

Would love him here at Notre Dame, but whatever he decides will work out for him because he has three very good schools in his final three.
