This is a hard one. I'm stuck between all of them, to be honest, with Michigan being the 'most clean'. I'm probably going to go with Ohio State after hearing some 'inside information' about Troy Smith's activities.

Oh and I'm sure to have missed a few schools, so if you want, just mention the team you're thinking of and I'm sure a moderator wouldn't mind adding it as an option.

Wow this is a tough one.

Since the old Miami games used to be called the Catholics vs. the Convicts!

USC is all over the news this summer for different things and Bush could get his Trophy yanked.

FSU just had two ex-players get popped for robbing another players house.

O$U is just O$U and is still getting nailed for Clarrett.

I guess Michigan is the only one I cannot recall any "big" stuff on.

I'm sorry, but I think it's OUTRAGEOUS that Michigan is on that list. Notre Dame has had WAY more corruption issues in the last 10 years.

I don't know about putting Michigan and Miami on this board.

Michigan hasn't really had a run in for a while. Except for the Chris Webber thing, but that was basketball. I'm assuming we are talking football programs here.

Miami has been clean since probation. Miami was hurt real bad from that 5 year suspension they got in 1995 or 1996. I think they'll be clean for a while. I'm sure they will get some trouble makers, but I wouldn't say the program is dirty.

USC only recently had issues, and FSU, is well, FSU.

But I think, hands down, its Ohio State. Everybody knows something fishy is going on there, from the top of the athletic program to the bottom.

This one was easy, next poll please.

You are dead on. Honestly, I may not be the biggest Michigan fan around, but when have they been dirty in the last decade?

At Miami, Coker seems to run a clean ship.

FSU and OSU are my top two. I suspect that with FSU we are aware of the issues and with OSU its below the surface (not counting what we have seen so far).

It's OSU for me.

Not only do i hate them more than any other team on this planet, but Ol' Mc Sweatervest is no good. I think they are dirty as hell and will eventually get caught. OSU definitely.

I agree with maison that scUM should not be on this list. LLLLLLoyd is not smart enough to get away with anything.

I'd have to say Ohio State, I think having the largest alumni base in the country has something to do with that. Too many boosters.

Miami/FSU come in a tie for second, I really can't distingush which one is worse. I'd say both schools are the worst when it comes to taking character issue guys.

USC was a pretty clean program until recently, I think Petey will look the other way more so than any other coach in the country.

Michigan seems pretty clean, could do a better job graduating players but thats for another thread. Maybe a school like Alabama or Oklahoma should replace them on this list

All time or currently?

All time it is Miami, without a doubt. But Butch Davis cleaned things up a bit.

I'm going with Florida State.

I'd take Michigan off of this list and substitute Colorado. They've had some ugly scenes that go back about 20 years.

Aside from the obese DT running around pleasuring himself on the front porches of Ann Arbor co-eds, I can't recall Michigan running into much trouble.

Someone should introduce that kid to Kim Dunbar.

I am going to go against the grain and say FSU....Miami used to be the most and USC is just starting...Michigan is fairly clean and Ohio State is too stupid to realize that they are, but FSU has been for nearly 2 decades now and has done nothing about it too me that is the true sign off the most corrupt.

Wow, I'm surprised that as of this post, Miami is in second with 10 votes.

Could somebody point out one dirty thing Miami has done in the last 10 years.

I would agree, that historically, Miami is the dirtiest. Any time players are on teh sidlines with fur coats on and pull up to the game in limos, and party with the 2 Live Crew, something is up. But that was prior to the probation years.

But if you look at the programs today, and base it of their recent history, Miami is one of the cleanest programs out there.

Disclaimer: I grew up a die hard Miami fan, so yes, I'm a little defensive. :)

Najeh Davenport (former Hurricane), who I believe is now with the Green Bay Packers, took a crap in some girls dorm room. Is that dirty enough for you?

Davenport and Lewis were prior Butch Davis though. I'm talking about the Butch Davis - Larry Coker era, post-probation.

I thought the rap song was never attributed to Miami players. Am I wrong on this? Regardless, because of a song, some people are going to say Miami is dirtier than OSU?!?!?!?

I think the lingering perception problem has to do with guys like Sean Taylor.... But you're right, Da U is a lot better than it used to be.

Quite possibly one of the most bizarre cases I think I've ever heard of in my life.

As for Miami, Dennis Erickson was pretty much the last straw. They were in really bad shape by the time he got out of there. Getting pasted in the Sugar Bowl against Alabama started the downward spiral. Then came 1993 when Florida State took them to task. They rebounded only to lose the NC to Nebraska and then came the house cleaning.

I thought Butch Davis did a VERY good job building things back up...the right way. If they're bad, they are nowhere near as bad as they were in the 1980s. Too much damn internet and technology. Nothing can be kept secret anymore.

Read Cane Mutiny. Great read.
