Got me... if just shows he has interest in Notre Dame. Coffey has been working out with Darrell Green but only holds offers to some smaller Texas schools. He says his leader is Texas A&M, but they have not offered depite him going to their summer camp.

Remember Weis did not recruit Washington and Washington hasn't seen the field much, if at all.

ND is looking at anywhere from 3-5 other safeties at this point.
