Not Much Going On

Since nobody is posting anything new lately, I just wanted to say I can't wait for the season to start!

I don't know about you guys but I think about Notre Dame Football all of the time. It's going to be a long spring in anticipation of this season.

Also anyone know when NCAA 2007 comes out?
Yes I am also a video game geek. Especially this game. Can't put it down.
I have all of them back to 2003 for XBOX, also have some old school ones for playstation.

I heard the week of July 3rd. I can't wait for the XBOX 360 version, I just hope EA doesn't change the button configuration or anything like that.

the days 'till next Wednesday. I hope spring practice is going to be open enough for us to get a view of the position battles, how the three early admit frosh are doing, how the depth chart shapes up and, especially, what the Def backfield/ linebacker scene shapes up. I'm chompin' at the bit.

They do go on sale on the 27th? Did they say how much they are going to be? Just wondering since we have the small army heading to the Bend.

That's not bad. I thought I paid $7.00 pre paid, but I wasn't sure if they would jack up the prices because of the BUZZ.

I love the atmosphere outside the stadium before the Spring Game. It's ALMOST like a real game as far as people party just as hard and the lines for the Porta Johns are just as long. I look forward to taking my son every year because there is nothing like seeing your boy sitting in ND Stadium and hanging on every play (poor kid has no choice but to be an Irish fan). I also love the fact that I can get some friends out to the campus who normally would not have the opportunity to go (can't afford it, work, military, kids, etc...)

Got a couple of South Bend first timers going this year to the Spring Game and I look forward to seeing their faces as soon as they see the campus. Got a buddy coming with me that just got done with a tour in Iraq who has been a fan, but never got to go to campus. He's gonna flip!!!!

if the weather's good, it'll be a beautiful time to visit - especially for a first timer. i'm taking the girlfriend with me this year. if the timing's right, and the weather is nice (she'll be grumpy if it's snowing like last year), i think i'll pop the question. [gulp]

Things are very slow.

March Madness and baseball are in full throttle. My HS alma mater is loaded on the diamond this year and should make a run to the state finals again. Neat.

I think this will be the best basketball tourney we've seen in years. Upsets, close games and great players will emerge. I hope the Big Ten and Big East do well. Minus Iowa. Me and the boss are talking about jumping on a plane to Vegas tonight and spending the few days.

Things are very slow right now. Spring ball ready to start, several unofficial visits, yawn. Things will pick up around June once school is out and the evaluation period is over with. Hopefully more verbals this summer.

For now, the boards will be quiet until spring ball gets rolling.

I aint afraid to bend him over my knee and spank his little bottom blue.
