I think Texas will win it but everytime I'm convinced, I just remember last early January when I thought another Big 12 team was going to win it.

Hopefully this game lives up to the hype, thats all I care about. Hopefully in a way USC wins so next Thanksgiving we can go out there and end the streak.

We'll, I predicted that if Ohio scored 31 or better they would win, so let me see if I can get another one. I'll say if Texas scores 31 they win. Reggie's good for almost 21 just by himself. So I'll take Texas.

Texas by 17. Thats right. Texas is going to be playing like madmen tonight because of all the media attention USC is getting. I would be pretty pissed too if ESPN already pretty much predicted that they could beat everything, including God. Vince Young is going to explode in this game. Mark it down gents.

Ya'll sing along now

Mack’s star at night, is big and bright,
deep in the heart of Texas,
The talents deep, S.C. will weep,
deep in the heart of Texas.
Young with room, is gone zoom zoom,
deep in the heart of Texas,
Vince’s arm, will do the harm
deep in the heart of Texas.

The SongGirls wail, along the trail,
deep in the heart of Texas,
Chizik’s “D”, means vic-tor-ry
deep in the heart of Texas
No Trojan PUSH, Phone Call from Bush,
deep in the heart of Texas,
When day is done, Mack’s FINALLY won
deep in the heart of Texas

Minter's scheme against the Trojans may have been the best over the past 40+ games against USC. ND challenged the Trojans more then anyone else has over the past 30 some games.

USC possessed the ball for 21 minutes and scored 34 points. Weis kept the ball away from them.

What did we learn this BCS week?

Troy Smith. Check.
Pat White, Check.
Michael Robinson, check.
Vince Young, check.

Demetrius Jones, your table is ready.

Having a QB that can pass, run by design and when pressured is as valuable of a player as there is right now.

Reggie Bush won the Heisman against a WAC school (Fresno) and isn't even the best running back on his team. 4th and 2, game on the line and he's not even on the field? Explain that one to me.

Vince Young's knee was down on that lateral TD. Matt Leinart's fumble went out at the two. Karma wins.

Leinart sucked in the first half. Kudos to Kiffin/Lane for having the receivers run short, quick routes that allowed him to complete passes in the second. He looked much better. A great college QB, Leinart's downfield passing in the NFL will be a major concern to whoever drafts him.

This game reminded me so much of Miami-Ohio State from a few years ago. Remember, ND was supposed to go 0-6? And the other 116 teams should drop football because no one can beat USC? I guess that's why they play the games.

Everytime I see Matthew McConaughy (sp?), I think "Party at the moontower."
