Don't know if anyone else noticed this but Georgia currently has 30 committed players...Texas A&M has 32 #BS

28 x 4 = 112, and that's not including 5th years. So no, no I don't think oversigning is a thing of the past. SEC will ALWAYS find a way to maintain a competitive edge over schools willing to abide by the rules.
