The above is currently on the assumption that the games stay true this weekend with LSU defeating Georgia, Texas defeating Colorado, VT defeating FSU and USC defeating UCLA.

LSU-GA. may be a tough call. I don't think GA. has played it's best game yet.

The bowl selections are correct, in my humble opinion. PSU will go to the Orange to play VA.Tech. That's a hell of a game. OSU will play ND in the Fiesta. The unanswered question is where is Oregon going? With all the big drawl teams gone wherever they play the stadium will be half empty and TV will be Zero. They have absolutely NO drawling power in the East. They have a legitimate complaint but after the Rose Bowl all other bowls will go for the money and they do not ring up the register.

Oregon ends up in the Holiday bowl as that is automatic for the Pac 10 #2 squad. That bowl would air on December 29 on ESPN and is played in San Diego, California.

I also agree with you on Georgia. They are the scariest game this weekend since I think LSU is overrated.

Somewhat off topic....

Why is the Cotton Bowl irrelevant? This used to be a big game.

They should play it inside at Houston or San Antonio and make it a fifth BCS game. There is too much history and tradition for this to be a wayside game.

Get outta here! Next think you'll be talking rubbish about a playoff being a good idea or some crazy talk like that!
