I enjoyed Kiffin's decision to go for it on 4th instead of taking the field goal when they were down 2 scores anyways. Took points off the board when he didn't need to. On a related note, it is being reported that Danny Hope thought LK coached a good game...

My favorite parts:
1. The two opening drives where the O-line showed they were there for business.
2. Manti's interception.
3. Manti & KLM coming out to help Zach Martin.
4. The play of the DB's. Overall a solid game.
5. Risddick's hard running.
6. The goal line stand.

Awe hell, the entire FRICKIN' game!!!!

He counts towards next year's schollie count, so not only did he ultimately not make a difference, but there's also 1 less scholarship to work with. Good times.

...I didn't realize that. Somewhere in the recesses of my brain I thought he was a freebee. OUCH! Redd was a good back at PSU...although I wasn't worried about him hurting us when we faced SC...even way back. I guess he gave them some depth and experience. Maybe if you were focued on a title run, it made sense to burn a scholie this way.

I want Kiffin to stay, but if you put on your AD hat, and look at decision-making as a theme across the Kiffin organization...you come away with "poor". Wander how long that continues?
