Scout.com is no longer showing Sergio Brown as a "Soft Verbal". They list him as a solid commit although I didn't find any accompanying story that explains the change in status on the COMMIT LIST

He had expressed an interest in making other visits. Has the 6-2 record, #7 Ranking and Zib's performance (and the rest of Lewis's Boys) removed all doubts?

Has anybody seen an updated article?

Don't think that we'll see any 'BUSH LEAGUE' moves like a few years ago. If they do, they're crazy. CDub has the program humming like Google before it went public. If a kid wants (1) a GREAT degree (2) a chance to play ASAP (3) be a part of the rebirth of a winning tradition and (4) oh yeah have a great shot to be taught properly and get to play on Sundays, why wouldn't he choose ND and the state of the program as it is now? Of course, I could be a bit biased....

I got an promo email from scout.com that there was a new commit. The URL provided was for the ND Commit List. Only change I noticed was Sergio Brown with a 11/8 commit date.

I agree that he is a good pickup but he was ALREADY counted in the 19 commits. Maybe Rivals is saying he is no longer a "soft verbal" but I don't consider him a new addition.
