What is the advantage of postponing a decision that has been made, if in fact it really has been made?
However I draw the line where a recruit has committed to another school and nonetheless is invited to ND for an official visit.

Can't buy this logic BGIF. According to you Weis should bring in a lot a recruits who have committed elsewhere to give them a chance to change their minds. Very expensive sales program not to mention they would be taking the place of someone who has a legitimate interest in ND.
