At 8-0 it's all treats this year. Happy Halloween everyone!

We have a small fire pit that we set up on the drive way. We sit out front with my wifes great Halloween display, give out treats to the kiddies and share a few beers or wine with the adults. How do you celebrate?

What's your costume?


I am going to wrangle my dog all night so he doesn't try to kill any children that come to my door in search of candy. My ol' lady will pass out candy and drink wine.

We ususally do the same. Sit out on the porch and hand out candy. Have a few brewskis.

We're in a new neighborhood...so we're not sure how many little runts are going to come around. My wife literally bought 10 lbs of candy. We need to establish a rep as the "cool" house early on so we don't get TPed or egged.

We're the youngest in our hood by about 30 years (old neighborhood...house buit in 73..but it's on about 2 acres and is the "southern plantation" style that the wife wanted)

I'll be dressed up as a middle aged Notre Dame fan (Sweat shirt & Hat) to scare off all the USC, Cal and Stanford fans here. My wife will have the dogs dressed up and for their Halloween treat they each hope to bite at least one costumed little candy grubber.
