New Monthly Contest: Member of the Month

I am taking nominations for the Member of the Month for December. If you would like to nominate someone, please post their name and reason for nomination.

I will take nominations until Wednesday, January 5th and then place a poll with those nominated that will run to Sunday evening. The winner will get a nice little medal in their user awards section of their profile.

Yeah Lyght does take some abuse for supporting Ty. I'd nominate Lyght. I Respect that he sticks by his beliefs in Ty.

i personally will give a shot out to seIRISH...i read his articals, and i think that there is a lot of validity to them...

Thanks fellas. Even though I don't have the most popular opinons, I hope I at least argue them well.

My vote would go to either Vince Young or to QueensNY. I think VY is probably the most "moderate" member on the boards, and I enjoy reading his opinions. But I think Queens has something good to contribute every time he posts, even if I don't agree with some of his thoughts. And since he is our senior member, Queens gets my vote for the month of December.

I would vote for anybody but Lyght.LOL. Just kidding. But I would have to show support for QueensNY for putting all of the info regarding recruiting on this website. He helps me and Im guessing alot of people stay informed.

LOL, I didn't write that article.

I simply recapped it so everyone can see it. I scour the net daily to find articles for you people to read and discuss regadless of the stance. That is how you grow and we'll grow as a community.

It was full of logic flaws. It starts out talking about how we missed out on SB champion Jon Gruden for just Charlie Weis, when Weis has more wins and has been involved in the development of many more top flight players.

I could go on and on, but figured everyone else would.

hloy crap, i got nominated for something. thanks go8. when i post here, i dont put false information out or try to write off my feelings as the truth about notre dame, as some of the people that have only posted on this website once or twice have. i search all day long here at work all the newspaper articles on nd and i sure as heck dont pay to read about a 30 second phone convo with a recruit. you guys who keep us loyal fans updated with all this recruiting information (queensny, svoboda, etc) all get my vote.
