So you want to know where Coach Weis has been a who he's recruiting. Well know that info can be at your finger tips with Flight Aware.

The tail number of ND's private plane is N42ND, the link is below.

Link:The flight tracker for Notre Dame's private plane.

Here's some pics of the plane

Maybe there are really 2 CW's, I wish I had his energy.

On Tuesday, he visited Beal at Roxbury HS, Hafis Williams at Elizabeth HS, and Art Forst at Manasquan HS, then he must have hopped a commercial flight from Newark to Atlanta because he is not using the ND plane.

So yesterday he definitely visited Omar Hunter & Jamoris Slaughter in the Atlanta area, and I am pretty sure he also stopped in to see Brice Butler, then he traveled from the Atlanta area to the Charlotte area (had to be by commercial again in order to make it all in the same day) to visit Robert Blanton. This was the second straight week that Blanton has been visited by ND coaches, CB & Lewis were there last Monday, and CW & Lewis yesterday.

Hopefully, he took a day off today, he deserves it.

I love it when the CW detractors try to lay "fat" jokes on CW trying to imply some laziness. What he did on Tuesday & Wednesday is emblematic of a high profile uber achiever, and any successful traveling businessman would be envious of completing that 2 day trek without complete exhaustion.

Saw the Thrill too, very interesting. The only one I don't see on your list is Big Omar. Omar's coach and the AJC said he was in Buford as well yesterday.

Thanks for the great info Gosh

And all that Jack Bauer did in 5 days is:
-Stop a presidential assination;
-Stop a nuclear (or nucular as that 'genius' Denise Richards called as a Bond-girl) detonation in LA;
-Stop a biohazard incident in LA;
-Stop a series of nuclear attacks, including on LA;
-Stop a chemical weapon threat in LA

And Bauer had at least a year off between each of his tough days; he didn't do them consecutively...........

Does using an alumni's plane viloate any ncaa rules?

I'm not sure. I've heard it mentioned in the past as a possibility, so I just thought I would throw it out there again with all the talk of commercial flights. Even if it was, it would probably be possible to find a loop hole for use anyway. Like "donating, or renting" it to the university for a time period, so it would technically be the property of the university during the use of the plane.

That's a good question; I didn't think it was a problem if the coaching staff were using the plane; but I am far from a rules 'expert'. It DEFINITELY WOULD if a recruit were on an alumni plane...unless it was a USC recruit. Then it only would vioalte the NCAA rules if the recruit was receiving a text while flying.

Coach using an alumni plane couldn't be worse than Oregon getting brand new uni's from Nike EVERY game!!!!

I think that a USC recruit could be found on an alumni plane, originating from Medellin, with 2 tons of 'raw' Coke, 20 Crack pipes, $100M in a leather attache, wearing a 'Snoop Dog' pimp suit and the NCAA 'investigation' would come up empty....."we were unable to determine whether the plane was owned or leased by the alumni, and whether the 'contraban' was for sale or personal use. As such, this is not deemed to be an NCAA matter"

CW was making the rounds in Florida today. Reports have him visiting J.Brown, M.Forston, and probably more. I'll update my list on the fist page of the tread when I get all the stops he made.

No clue I just looked at his plane track and he is in Ft Worth right now.

He hasn't used that plane yet this year that I know of. If he has, it's been very minimal. It's not his plane. It's the university's.

The plane is actually in South Bend right now as well, it went to Ft. Worth yesterday, but returned late last night. CW may have been on it for the trip to Fort Worth because he was tentatively scheduled to visit Cyrus Gray tomorrow. I would assume that while in Texas he would also visit Aghayere and Lewis-Moore, but I have not actually seen any confirmation that he is actually in Texas today.

I knew he was going to visit AJ today, but Pryor too. It has to be just a courtesy call for Pryor, he wants to play QB in college, and even if he was willing to play somewhere else at ND, what possible position could he play. He has the speed to play WR, but does not seem to be interested in that. Rivals & Scout no longer even list Pryor as an ND offer, although he definitely has one. The visit has to be just out of respect to one of the top recruits in the Class of 2008. It should be interesting to see if Pryor even mentions it later on.
