Ok, I'm lost. Why the hell are we paying taxes on stuff we purchase? It's my money!

Secondly, the total amount is not based on 3.25 percent, but more like 6 percent (rounding).

Thirdly, who the hell is getting not only the base tax of 3.25 percent, but the potentially fraudulent, additional monies?

I'm calling out the admins. This is an outrage. This is socialism at it's worse. Which poor members are getting my money? Besides, if I wanted them to have my money, I would use the donate button, which I have generously......even exceeding the amount of money I have paid in taxes.

And I agree on the betting thing. The fact that we can't just bet on the line is ridiculous. I'm not a member of Gambler's Anonymous, but I've never heard of such a convention as we have set up here. (I'm not saying it doesn't exist anywhere, because it obviously does; but splitting a line into multiple possible outcomes just seems obtuse to me.)
