I see Scout is re-evaluating alot of their prospects with one glaring change in Fauria who is now a 3 star? hmm they also changed Jeremy Brown to a 1 star because they are re-evaluating him from scratch probably. They have Newman as the 6th ranked DT in the country? They have Rudolph as the best TE in country (it's about time). Cwynar is the 8th ranked DT and Clelland is the 7th ranked guard. Floyd is the 4th best WR....Slaughter is a 3 star? comical. Poz. is a 1 being re-evaluating all together. Goodman moved up a little. They now have Hale as a DE...Blanton as the 8th ranked CB. Golic is being re-evaluated and wouldn't be suprised if they gave him a 2* out of nowhere to stick it to ND. Hafis is the 19th ranked DT and 3 star and Omar is the 20th ranked DT and a 3 star(I've heard because they still don't have enough game film on him, but he'd be a 4*.) They have McDonald at 7 for MLB and Sweat ahead of him which I don't agree with but he still is high. McCarthy is 9th ranked saftey with 4 stars. And they just took us off as a school of interest for Sabino. I guess they let a USC fan do these re-rankings.

Some of the rankings are really puzzling like Slaughter, Newman, and Omar Hunter. They are only rankings, but it's something to talk about. E.J. Manuel is now the 2nd ranked QB with 5 stars on Scout...looks like Scout was peaking over at Rivals rankings haha.

Rivals released The top 30 players in Illinois and the top 5 go like this:

1. Steven Filer
2. Garrett Goebel
3. Darius Fleming
4. Sean Cwynar
5. Graham Pocic

--------Don't know if I agree with Goebel over Fleming because USC must've saw something in Fleming to offer a kid from Illinois.

I think it's accurate. I mean, Goebel's offer list, even without USC is nothing to snuff at. I haven't seen Fleming's film, but Garrett's film is really impressive, as is his athleticism(there's a video of him winning the HVY weight division at the Walsh Ironman tournament, arguably the most prestigious high school wrestling tournament in the country). He's tenacious off the ball, his technique is very advanced(he's not just bullrushing on every down). From what I've heard about Fleming, he'll be an OLB(kind of like Kamerion Wimbley for any Browns fans on the board). I've heard him described as a beast, and his offerlist would likely confirm that.

According to your logic though, would you concede that Stoneburner is the better TE prospect than Rudolph because USC offered? :)

I think those top three are the clear top three. I think there's a bit of separation between those three and the rest of the top ten.

--------Stoneburner got an offer from USC for WR. I also don't think there is that much seperation between the top 3 and the final 2 of the top 5.
