"The Shirt" 2006

What's everyone think about "the shirt" for this year? I'm glad they went back to navy blue, but I still miss the kelly green color.

The fact that they put Weis on it speaks volumes.

Green was good as far as showing up in the stadium. But I really like this year's shirt. My wife ordered them the first day. That was a pleasant surprise. My son likes that the helmet on the front of it looks like the helmet he carries around the house.

The really screwed up by not putting Leahy on it.

I like the design. I haven't ordered one yet, but it looks black on the computer screen.

I liked the kelly green just because they blended in the fans at the stadium. But now that we have gone back to the dark green uniforms, I don't like the idea of kelly green shirts anymore. I would like one consistent color though.

In person, it is definately navy blue, not black. But it won't stand out much. That's OK as long as things are loud.

Yea I got the shirt when I was at Notre Dame thi spring. I like it a lot. The Navy Blue looks cool but it won't make the student section stand out much. I think they should go back to green for next year. Those ones are the coolest.
