Instead of roaming from thread to thread venting garbage - as I have been all morning - sometimes without connection to the thread. Or say things in recruit threads that can in no way be productive - - - - vent here. I know I want to attack - see burnt, dead bodies, wander with veins hanging from my teeth - tempted to write bad checks.... However, by Tuesday I'll be saner and redefine why I think CW needs to be back at least one more year and I'll decide to change my mind (from its present stance) and mail in my season ticket application next year. I am sick of going into threads and reading about how we must give Weis one more year because of the recruiting class. I have heard this for the last 3 seasons. I am OVER it. I don't care if Scouts says we are a top 10 team. We aren't CLOSE on the field and that is the only thing that matters.

I suppose that depends on what kind of problems you've had with the Mas. The way I see it is like this: Weis is a first time head coach, he's going to iron out the wrinkles and get this thing figured out. So if the Mas was just having a bunch of minor problems that were fixable, and you knew that eventually all the problems would be ironed out, would you still trade it in for a Honda or a Toyota?

I say one more year with extremely stringent benchmarks to meet.

Fact of life: the losses against UM and Navy are a BLESSING.

This team right now is just above average and nothing more. Spectacular players but an above average team. ND finishing the season 9-3 or 8-4 is where it belongs this year. Gator Bowl appearance against an ACC or big 10 team and a win is more than welcome now.

ND doesn't belong in bcs this year. Let's play pretend. Pretend we went 10-2 and got into bcs. Whoever we would play would SMOKE us and cause more humiliation (ND overrated and doesn't belong, etc.)

We're lucky we aren't going to the bcs.
