There are a lot of stories out there - good, bad, and ugly - for the Class of 2015.

Dan Mullen, Mississippi State HC, pulling a scholarship offer from a Dallas area QB recruit, who was planning on early entree sixteen days prior to graduation, has been mentioned here before.

The QB, Chason Virgil, has ended up at Fresno State. - and seems happy to have landed there.

Soon after, a blue-chip LB, also from Texas, decommitted from Mississippi State Mullen may have some fences to mend, if he can.

Jordan Cronkite, a four star RB who committed to Miami in April, having been told by Miami coaches they would only recruit two RBs. When Miami recruited a third RB and Cronkite had not heard from the staff since July, Cronkite decommitted in September. Cronkite, of course, has visited ND.

Those are a couple of the recruiting stories for the Class of 2015. Any more you want to add?

LSU Brothers, Relatives

LSU Brothers, Relatives

Three of LSU's targets or commits have brothers currently playing on the Tigers' roster.

Blake Ferguson, LS ('15 commit) - his brother, Reid, is a Jr and LSU's current LS
Justin Reid, S ('15 prospect) - his brother, Eric, was a Safety at LSU, currently with the 49ers
Lanard Fournette, WR ('15 prospect) - brother, Leonard. You think they'd find room for him.

In fact, LSU has a number of current players who had brothers playing previously at LSU.

Avery Peterson, WR- brother is Patrick, CB, playing for the Cardinals
Ricky Jefferson, S - brother is Jordan, QB
Kenny Hilliard, RB, - nephew of Dalton, RB, playing for the Saints
Kendall Beckwith, LB - cousin of Darryl, LB

Adrian Magee, OL ('15 commit) - relationship to Terrance (Magee) is cloudy. Both are from Franklinton, LA. But as a LSU board comment said on whether they are related:
"Possibly a cousin"
"There's a Magee on every corner in Franklinton" and
"In Franklinton there are white Magees black Magees and mixed Magees and so far everyone of them ive met has been talented. Best genes in that part of state" Tiger Droppings

Then there's Connor Neighbors, OL, a Sr, who does not have any relations who played at LSU, but who's lineage is royal blood at Alabama. His brother, Wesley, was a DB at Bama. His father, Wes, played center for the Tide from 1983-86 and his late grandfather, Billy, played on Bear Bryant's first national championship team at Alabama in 1961 and is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame..Family members have won a total of four national championships at Alabama.
