ESPN 2006 Bowl Projections

They have Notre Dame playing Arkansas in the Sugar, or Boise State in the Fiesta. Two seemingly winnable games. Arkansas's strength is in the running game, where ND's strength is. Weird quarterback situation bodes well for the ND secondary. Boise State is, well, Boise State.

Is this the year ND finally wins one?
