ND History needs to be current again!!

Im Sick and tired of watching my Irish each and every week give up points on the ground and in the air.. defense is our biggest need for development right now. Our offense is fine if our offensive line will give Jimmy some protection. If Jimmy has protection, insane numbers will be the result; we saw it earlier in the season! What happened? Tate is unbelievable, Floyd as well we NEED them to be back next year. We have the dynamic duo with tate and floyd next year expect the same outcome predictions as the beginning of this year. BCS. But Defense is the key for the irish right now. Improvment needs to be acted apon quickly. We have some big name recruits coming in on D but coaching needs to be outstanding too. For all we know, Weis could be back next year. Even though its time for a change, the money we paid him might keep him and his mansion in south bend?? Who knows until after the season. All I know is Notre Dame should of been back in there prime after the 2007 season. 2008 was a better season and this year is seeming like its the same as last year. We need to continue winning and winning. Notre Dame is a program about victories. Yes we have a phenominal football atmosphere, tradition, spirit ect. but its time for national stage again!!!!!!!! Lets get some motivation, finish this year out strong with wins over uconn and stanford and roll the tables next year and be DOMINATE AGAIN!!! WHOS WITH ME!!! This thread reminds me of the scene in Animal House, when John Belushi gave his famous "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?" speech. Then he ran out of the frat house, screaming, "WHO IS WITH ME??", and everyone just stood there looking at each other.

maybe a new d cordinator but im not sure if its the x's and o's and more the jimmys and joes

Wehave athletes and Stanford, Iowa, Arizona and Wake have done far more with less talent. Guys missing tackles and out of position. Its the x's and o's

agree and flat out motivation on defense. toughness. Thats why a guy like Gruden, Harbaugh could really emphasize hitting people in the mouth.
