Now that the ND Central app is (hopefully) fixed, watching the home games is resolved. Is there an app recommendation for iPhone for the away games for live streaming?

Don't know, but I'm glad for the app. During the car ride after the FSU game, I won't miss any of the game that actually matters.

I don't know...my iPhone app from NBC's ND Central is still glitchy. It's been crashing a lot lately. I was hoping the new update fixed that, but it hasn't yet.

It starts pretty reliably for me now, but I'll be damned if I'm paying to watch the games on a phone. I'll keep using my slingbox.

I paid the $4 for the season pass, but unfortunately, there is essentially no AT&T function inside the stadium. I was hoping to see the replays on the app while sitting in the stands. Oh, well...

THAT explains it. I couldn't get the stats to work yesterday, and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. Is that an AT&T reception problem, or do they turn it off on purpose for the games?

I hear ya.....that's why I like the slingbox. Never a charge and I can put on any channel my sat/cable gets....so, that gets me the non-NBC games as well.

Is there a way to send it to a smartphone, or is the feed beyond the capability of the phone/AT&T service?

sling has their own app for iphone and android. it's pricey, but if yer a round-the-year sports fan, it pays for itself quickly.

that said, it doesn't work any better than the nbc app inside a stadium. but that's not the fault of either nbc or sling....it's just as function of having so many people together in one place all playing with their phones. I have enough trouble just sending a txt msg from a stadium, let alone trying to stream video.

but...on long car trips, I've watched games on my phone while the wife was driving. and it worked great.
