It was nice to see two linebackers as the leading tacklers. Too many games earlier this year with the two safeties leading in this category.

First post from a long time lurker.

Welcome aboard. Since Te'o has started both Brian and Fleming seem more involved. Loved how they played yesterday, ver agressive and did not miss tackles.

Tenuta also did not send the house, hardly at all. It's easier to make tackles, if you aren't charging for the QB on every play.

The only reason Hayseed wasn't the leading tackler was because he missed a dozen or so.

Welcome to IE CFLAIrish. Good first post. It was very nice to see someone besides our LBs actually lead in the tackle category.

It kind of drives me nuts when some people talk about how good our safeties are because they are leading in tackles. Not that i disagree, they are good players, but it is very bad news for the team if they are leading in the tackle category.

Manti's hits should get him extra points or something. Especially that one where he made Barkley disappear into the USC sideline.

Except for when he sent a corner blitz from the trips side... and let a WR screen bust for 50 yards.

But I'm not bitter...
