The waiting is over. It's time to find out where your school's top targets rate at this time, according to the Rivals.com team of experts. Rivals.com will release its first Rivals100 for the Class of 2006 Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. The Rivals100 ranks the top 100 college football prospects in the nation, regardless of position. Here's a look at what to expect during the week.

Rivals.com

Las Vegas running back Demarco Murray is a lock for the top 100, but is he a five-star?
At Noon EDT Monday, Rivals.com AMP presents a behind the scenes look at the Rivals.com rankings process 24 hours before the release of the first five stars.

Tuesday, AMP again will bring you coverage of the rankings release with an 8 a.m. EDT sneak peek just hours before the five stars are released.

Be sure to tune into Rivals Radio on Tuesday as five five-star selections will be released live at 11:45 a.m. EDT.

On the Rivals100.com recruiting network message board, five more of the five star selections will be released exclusively at 11:50 a.m. Click here to go to the Rivals100 message board.

Aldridge just missed being a rival 5 star player. they awarded 27 players with five stars, and Aldridge came in 28th, he got a 6.0 rating which is the higest possible rating score for a 4 star player....

In other words: he committed early, and therefore won't help Rivals sell any memberships; further, since he was from Indiana anway, they can get away with dropping him to four stars, as nobody will notice (after all, since when has a Chicago suburb ever produced a 5-star running-back..waitaminute...he's from a suburb of Chicago?).

The Chicago Metro Area may as well go as far north as Milwaukee, as far west as Rockford, as far east as South Bend and as far south as Kankakee. I live here and I don't even know what's what anymore. People say they're from "Chicago" and you have no idea what that means anymore.

Being born and bread, in "312", I can spot a suburbanite a mile away.

Usually Cub fans, too.

Mike Farrell from Rivals, had Aldridge as a 5 star player, and the 3rd best RB in the country. Surprising, considering he's a BC grad, and never has anything good to say about ND.

Crabtree from Rivals, believes Crumbie will be a top 50-55 player, and is the #2 recruit in Illinois.

It also looks like Rivals will have Frazer as a high ranking 4 star player(6.0 rating) on their top 100 list tomorrow.

From what I've read Luke Schmidt will also be a 4 star player on rivals.

Haven't heard anything on Mullen, Prince, Gallup, or Wade....

So when the list comes out tomorrow, Frazer, and Aldridge will be on it. Maybe a couple more....

Not sure who Crabtree had number 1 in Illinois.

Here's the rivals 100 list, Cumbie ranked 49th, Jones ranks 54th. Aldridge ranks 28th, and frazer ranks 44th...They have Frazer ranked as the 4th best QB, not bad considering he didn't get to camp because of injury

Turns out ND has offers out on some of these guys. Others are interested but have not been offered yet. Some interest is mutual.

Echoes waking?

Edgy Tim has Jones first in Illinois, Cumbie second. Isiah Williams is third.

Zook looks to have a strangle hold on Illinois right now.
