If you were a recruiter how would you recruit a kid?

For instance if you are a recruiter for ND and you get a kid on campus who is interested in ND, USC, and OSU I wouldn't even waste the time mentioning or "bashing" other schools a kid is after. I would only talk about ND by being honest and positive.

I think social media is huge if a kid has a good high school game I'd acknowledge him on facebook, twitter, etc.

Keep in touch as often as possible and getting good with the parents would be apart of my plan.

Of course recruit without any benefits.

I would talk about ND and ND only as far as schools go.. I would try to stay in touch text or call or message once a week.. Ask the kid how his game went that night or week, try to ask how his family is doing or grades... Develop a relationship and be honest.
