:sigh: Doesn't it seem that if there were no bad luck there wouldn't be any luck at all on the D line?

Not to make light of Hands condition. God bless and remember that much more important is his health. Would rather struggle next season with healthy young players than see Hand re-injure his back- if thats what the Drs say. Thats permanent.

This really isn't a new development. This news has been out in some private forums for weeks. I know I posted something about it on here two weeks ago today. That's why many of our VC members have been following Mike Martin's recruitment so closely.

Calling all recruits, please pay attention to stories like this one. One more reason you should come to ND, this kind of thing could happen to you, you never know.

BTW, I think John Ryan should shift down to DE.

Ryan should probably alternate between DE and LB, spending most of the time at LB. Richardson should alternate between DE and LB, spending most of the time at DE.

I personally don't think Ryan moves well enough in space to spen most of his time at LB, but I'm not the coach so my opinion doesn't really count.

Thats what I thought, Ryan was out of position and lacked speed more often than not this past year.
