Nah, Davie has a fine resume. He was just not cut out to START his HC career at a premier school.

It was dumb to hire him for the job, he was not dumb to take it though.

I think a small school would be wise to give him a shot...he's not all bad.

I don't think that's true at all. His Defenses were good ones. In fact, every year he was at Notre Dame (as DC or HC) our Defense was better than it's been in the ANY of the last 5 years.

He sucked managing the clock and the offense...but as DC his credentials are solid.
