David Ruffer to start as kicker

In his press conference today BK said "David worked really hard this week and he will be our starter" he will be place kicking as well as doing the kickoff. Kelly also said this was the only change on the depth chart since it's release.

Just a thought, are we starting to see the underage drinking arrests quietly dealt with? I believe Tausch was part of that mix, as was Filer, whom went from 1st to 3rd on the depth chart. Rees is over Montana as the #2 QB. Tai-ler Jones would be the exception to the list from what I have seen so far.

The drinking arrests happened before fall camp. So no. The players have already been punished. Their positions on the depth chart have more to do w/ football performance.

On a side note, there have been a ridiculous number underage drinking arrests off campus. The police don't do citations anymore, they arrest you!

Now people are scared to go off campus to parties. People have started to stop hosting parties. My friend who is having a 21st bday party now has cancelled the kegs she was gonna get.

Yet very serious crimes are still rampant in the South Bend Community.

That crap was going on when I was in school. Doesn't sound new to me. Always thought the social scene at ND was a deterrent to recruiting (and hot chicks).
