hello i am currently having a problem with my pc(power surge) should I use the program HDD regenerate to fix the bad sectors that are currently affecting my hard drive as I have lost everything that was on the cpu

Kingston makes a good SSD, for not much $$$, this is what I use:

Plus it comes with idiot-proof instructions, not implying anything, just pointing it out.

found the problem out was rougeware a form of malware
