Before Terrail, there was Ambrose. Before Ambrose there was Preston Jackson. Before him was Clifford Jefferson. Before him was Ivory Covington. All horrible players who everyone couldn't wait to leave, all the most disliked players anyone had ever seen, all players who only ever get burnt, all not even good enough to play interhall, (no one said that here, I'm overgeneralizing and combining the things I've read and heard over the years). Yet, at the same time, they were all good enough to play for and start a significant number of games for the University of Notre Dame... which I would say makes one a decent corner. They were all evidentally better than the guys on the bench, but really, that's the only place a defensive back will ever be safe from criticism... on the bench.
Who will it be next year? Raeshon? RJ? Gary? Darrin? I hope they are all All-Americans, but I doubt it.
