Scout.com reported today that Ohio State has offered DT Joseph Barksdale of Detroit, MI.

Barksdale was in South Bend a week ago for Junior Day.

Michigan, MSU and OSU have all offered.

He told Irish Illustrated that ND doesn't offer unless they see game tape. They don't have his game tape yet.

He carries a 21 ACT And a 3.5 GPA.
