Hey guys,

I have been a life long Notre Dame fan and have always wanted to attend a game. Now that i'm off in the real world working I finally have the chance to possibly attend a football game this fall. I've heard tickets are very difficult to come by so I was wondering if anyone on here had any leads as to where/how I could get some tickets. I was thinking of attending one of the following games listed below. If anyone has any information/help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Gig'em!

Michigan State
Boston College
UConn
Navy

Don't have anything on those--I'm still hoping the ticket lottery pans out. Make sure you snag tickets when the Irish play in San Antonio on Halloween! I definitely would be there if I still lived in TX.

Does stubhub work? I've heard of people getting scammed tickets. There are some on sale right now through stubhub but since the lottery hasnt come out I am hesitant to purchase them.

Yeah stubhhub works, but it's like any other online site that involves monetary transactions, people get scammed.

And if I was you, I'd go to the San Antonio game this year. We should put up 56 points on Wazzu

A lot of times you don't even need tickets ahead of time. You can wait up by the stadium and near kick off you should be able to find some cheap tickets. They may not be the best tickets but at least you are there. That's what I usually do.

I would just be nervous to get the plane ticket, hotel and rely on trying to find tickets by the stadium. I'd like to alteast spend money on everything knowing that i have a guaranteed ticket.

My dad and I didn't have tickets for the ND-USC game in 2006. One really shady looking guy outside the stadium told us he knew someone who worked the tunnel, and he could get us in and on the field for $50 each. We obviously didn't go for that. lol I don't think we would have lasted long on the sidelines without badges.

Eventually we found a good deal right at kickoff time. But like you said, its a big risk to fly out and everything with no seats. I think stubhub is your best bet.

Anyone who is interested in how to get tickets for face vaule for any home game, email me at gkatafias5@gmail.com. I was debating whether to tell people about this for a long time because it is how I get my tickets, and well I didn't wanna give my secret away in fear that it would cost me future opportunities to get my tickets. But what the hell, I love to help fellow ND fans out. The tickets are face vaule at 65$ plus a 10$ convenience fee totaling 75$ for one ticket.

Tickets are available for every home game, usually about a week before the game. And its a first come first serve basis. So you gotta be constantly checking. I did this to go to 2 home games last year. The home opener and the next week against Michigan!! Will do the same this year. So E-mail me and I will give you guys the details.

I promise this is not a scam, just willing to help out a few peeps so you don't end up spending well over 100$ a ticket on stub hub or ebay .

The '06 game was at USC wasn't it, not in South Bend?

it kinda sounds like a scam.

Email me. I have already talked to 2 people about it. It is quite very simple and I was shocked when I found it. I'm a 22 year old kid who works in a factory and can't afford the ridiculous prices on stub hub and Ebay for a single ticket. I am just trying to help out fellow ND fans because no true fan should have to pay over 100$ for a single ticket.

The reason I just don't flat out post it on here is because this is a public forum and it will possibly ruin the chances of me getting tickets in the future :)

Good news, I was able to get tickets through the Notre Dame Club of Dallas. They do a bidding to raise money for their scholarship and I won! I'll see you guys in South Bend for the Michigan State game.
