With only a week left until National Signing Day one of the nation's top recruits, Noel Devine, who is still uncommitted, is still not academically eligible to sign a letter of intent. Florida’s top rated overall recruit, Torrey Davis, is apparently in the same boat, at least as of last week. Does anyone know how long these guys have to attain academic eligibility before they are unable to sign an LOI, and must attend a JUCO or Prep School.? I saw somewhere that the final signing date this year for Football is April 1. Does this mean that Devine and Davis have until that date to become eligible to play Division 1 football this fall?
