He's been on staff for a good bit of time now. I don't think there is a crossover with the BK tenure, as he's worked entirely with Al Washington since he was hired.

Started of as a GA, then as an analyst, then as an analyst & assistant DL coach.

He's an alum of Hiram College, a small liberal arts college about 45 minutes outside of Cleveland.

His IG account shows him working at OSU prior to ND, so again, likely tied to Al Washington. Before that, Youngstown State under Bo Pelini.

Now that there is an operations side of the FB team staff, GM down through talent identification & recruiting, you might see dudes who thrive in the roles that don't work on the field. Carter Auman is one and Nick Sebastian might be another.

I think you are going to see more people who want to be Mike Martin and not Marcus Freeman.

Green is super skinny. He’ll have to fill out but he has quite the frame to do so.

No. None of us should be new to this.

Justin Tuck was about 215 lbs. in high school. We can go on and on with the comps, but I'll give you a Partridge story as one better. He saw Pierre Walters in high school at St. Joseph, a basketball school of Hoop Dreams fame. He played football for grins and the program was typically bad. He may have not won a game in high school.

Dude got up to 270 at Eastern Illinois and played in the League for the Chiefs for a bit. We were, almost literally, praying that no MAC schools found out about him.

This man knows what he's doing, and he now has one of the biggest brands in sports behind him now. I'm going to guess that Ash and Freeman are going to sign off on most of his offer requests.
