there will always be more than enough scholarships to go around. this should never be a worry. Fill the roster with top talent, the bottom will always take care of itself with transfers out, injuries etc

We have ten, with three true freshman enrolling early. We also use our TEs the most in college football, and lean on a strong running game.

Hartman coming in will also raise the play of the wide receiver group.

I only envision another wide receiver coming in if the staff is anticipating someone leaving.

Okay, that works if no one gets hurt because no one ever gets hurt. One purpose of depth is redundancy. We need more.
