'10 OH RB Eric Howard

This kid should be on ND's list. He's 5' 11", 21O......as a junior. He was just named Mr. Football in Ohio. The last two "Mr. Football"s that ND got from Ohio were a couple of guys named Marc Edwards, and Tony Fisher. My dad and my brother-in-law both think the kid has all the tools to play major DI-A football. Now my dad is 70 years old, so his judgement might be suspect. But my brother-in-law has a pretty sharp football mind, so I certainly trust him.
