Bennett is another OL who is waiting on the decisions of Forst/Page etc., to see if he can get an ND offer. He has visited ND in the past, and has spoken highly of the Irish. Bennett says he is being heavily recruited by ND, but according to an Irish Eyes story, he needs to raise his GPA to be eligible for an ND offer. Apparently, the 3.7 GPA that Rivals has listed for Bennett is his Junior Year GPA only, as his cumulative GPA for his Freshman and Sophomore years was only 2.0.

Bennett has not allowed a sack in two years as a starter, and is a Scout 4 star prospect. All of his Schools of Interest have offered a scholarship with the exception of ND and Pitt. UConn is his favorite among schools that have offered.
