One of the best Safeties in the country, and reminds a lot of people of Tom Zbikowski. His older brother, Clint is a QB and is currently committed to Illinois, but many now think that he’ll follow his dad to Minnesota. His dad is Tim Brewster, he was formerly the Denver Broncos DB coach, but was just recently hired as the head coach of the University of Minnesota, and he is also one of the best recruiters ever. Nolan wasn’t able to attend the AAA Jr. Combine because of the funeral for the murdered Bronco DB. He just picked up an offer from Texas, Nolan is the first member from the class of '08 to get an offer from Texas.

His brother apparently will be decommitting from the Illini, and signing with the Gophers, per a Scout teaser this evening. Hope this doesn't influence Nolan for '08.

After recently narrowing his list to Texas, Florida, Minnesota and Southern Cal, Nolan has just given his verbal commitment to Texas.
