Sucks. No doubt Virginia is a better team. ND still deserved to win this game. They played a hell of a game, but made too many bad mistakes down the stretch. That, combined with some luck by Virginia, just means another close loss by the Irish in a game they could (and should) have won.
I don’t understand why, out of a timeout, the best they can do with 8 seconds left in a tie game is throw the ball back to our side of the court and let Certa dribble full court for a running 3 attempt.
Watching the Irish play and I can’t help but wonder how much better they would be if Tae Davis hadn’t left after last year. He’s exactly what they are missing…a tall, athletic forward who can create his own scoring opportunities. Then I flip on ESPN and see him playing for Oklahoma. Sorry if I...
While the college football fan in me applauds his decision to come back and play another year, this just seems like a bad business decision by Moore. He had way less competition for top-5 money this year than he'll have next year. He probably would have been a lock for top 5 (maybe top 3 in this...
Next year's QB class is going to be absolutely loaded. #1 pick could realistically be any 1 of CJ Carr, Dante Moore, Arch Manning, Julian Sayin, Jayden Maiava or Sam Leavitt. If I'm an NFL team in need of a QB and I can't get Mendoza this year (Raiders), I'm probably going to find a 1-year...
That was one of the ugliest games I've ever watched. With that said, an ugly win against an 11-2 ACC team is still a solid win. Irish won because they wanted this game more. Shrews lit a fire under their butts after the bad loss and the extra hustle was obvious. They went hard for every 50/50...
Great win fellas. Not going to be easy without Burton...but the team hung on vs a decent TCU team tonight on the road. Gives me at least some hope. Haralson is the real deal!
Good bounce-back win after yesterday's tough loss. Haralson is a stud. You can see him getting more and more comfortable and I think he, Burton and Shrews are a solid 1-2-3 punch. Still concerned about the supporting cast, although Towt has been better than I expected (and a big improvement over...
